TINY BERBERIS FLOWERS

A delicate cluster of tiny blooming flowers of a spiky berberis shrub, or common name barberry. Possibly berberis thunbergii or Japanese barberry, this small ornamental perennial plant was generally overlooked in the garden. A closer inspection revealed these beautiful little pale cream and pink edged petals and flowers. Macro shot taken in a garden on the North Devon and Cornwall border, SW England, UK.
