PORT ISAAC HARBOUR CORNWALL
The safe haven of Port Isaac harbour, North Cornwall, SW England, UK. This ancient picturesque fishing village nestles on the rugged cliffs of Cornwall's Atlantic coast. Narrow winding streets are filled with quaint fishermen's cottages. The small village is famous as the location used for fictional Portwenn in the TV series Doc Martin starring Martin Clunes. It was also used in a 2006 tv adaptation of Rosamunde Pilcher's novel The Shell Seekers and in the 1970s Poldark production.
